Detection Dog
Snipe is a rescue spaniel with a remarkable working history.
He helped pioneer water leak detection for the UK water industry, showing that a trained nose could find leaks buried underground that conventional methods missed.
After an accident ended that career, Snipe came back to training for a new challenge: finding the wastewater pollution entering our rivers.
His welfare comes first, with rest, reward and carefully managed working sessions.
